What you will do as New Business Sales

At Axelio, we support companies with consultancy, training, and custom solutions within the Microsoft platform, including Dynamics 365 Business Central, CE, Azure, and the Power Platform.

In this role, your focus will be entirely on new business. You will be responsible for actively approaching potential customers, creating commercial opportunities, and expanding Axelio's customer base. You will open doors at organizations in trade and manufacturing and know how to convince prospects of the power of our Microsoft solutions and services.

You will have strategic-level conversations with entrepreneurs, management, and executives, translating their challenges into concrete solutions within Dynamics 365 Business Central, CE, and the Power Platform. Together with our consultants, you will help organizations advance in their digital transformation.

Tasks you will be involved in:

  • Actively generating new business and approaching potential customers.
  • Building a strong network within trade and manufacturing companies.
  • Identifying and creating commercial opportunities within ERP and Microsoft solutions.
  • Advising prospects on Dynamics 365 Business Central, CE, and the Power Platform.
  • Conducting commercial conversations at operational and strategic levels.
  • Preparing and presenting quotes, proposals, and business cases.
  • Guiding the entire sales process from first contact to contract signing.
  • Intensively collaborating with consultants and specialists to optimally advise prospects.
  • Contributing to the commercial growth and positioning of Axelio in the market.

What you can expect from us

Compensation

You will earn between €4,500 - €6,500. Additionally, you will receive a profit-sharing bonus, depending on the organization's results.

What we expect from you

  • A completed HBO or university degree, preferably in commercial economics, business administration, or a technical field.
  • Experience in IT sales, software sales, or IT services.
  • Experience or affinity with ERP solutions and Microsoft technology.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, CE, or the Power Platform is a plus.
  • A proactive and commercial mindset with a true hunter mentality.
